Positano

Positano is a very pretty and elegant village situated on the face of the mountain, with its lovely pastel coloured houses and its typical bouganvillea plants. The town develps vertically: the houses seem carved into the rock and the narrow roads, lined with boutiques, climb up from the sea.
Positano is without a doubt the pearl of the Coast and a favourite destination of artists from all over the world. Among luxuriant gardens, lemon and palm trees, and white or pastel coloured houses, stands out the S. Maria dell'Assunta Church, with its Arab-style majolica dome.
Positano is very charming and an excellent starting point to discover and enjoy the wonders of this coastline. The Spiaggia Grande is the main beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming or just enjoying the exclusive sea-fronting shops and restaurants.
